Deadline extended! Still time to get your submission in and share your story in Broken Hill

Due to popular demand the deadline to make a submission to present at the 2019 NSW Landcare and Local Land Services conference has been extended to 5pm Monday, 10 June.

The conference, which will be held in Broken Hill from Tuesday, 22 October to Thursday, 24 October, is seeking submissions that showcase an approach to building Healthy Landcare and Healthy Landscapes which is the theme of the conference.

People involved in Landcare, natural resource management, sustainable agriculture, regenerative agriculture, integrated pest, weed and biosecurity management and community empowerment are encouraged to make a submission.

There are two options for submissions. The first is to be a presenter which will require a 15 minute presentation with five minutes available for questions while the second is to have a poster exhibit.

You can nominate to be considered specifically as a presenter or to have a poster display, otherwise simply make a submission and the conference committee will make the decision.

Presenter guidelines and the expression of interest form are available on the conference website.

Registration for the conference is now open and can be made by clicking here.

Please note an early bird special rate is on offer until 30 June.
