Be the early bird and get ready to kick up dust out west

Whether you want to hear and learn from some of the most passionate, innovative and engaging people from around Australia or get your boots on the ground way out west, the 2019 NSW Landcare and Local Land Services conference has you covered.

For the first time in its 20 year history, the conference is heading to the far west and will be held in Broken Hill from 22 – 24 October.

Registration for the conference is now open and tickets are selling fast. Register before 30 June to take advantage of the early bird special rate.

Amazing speakers and presenters

Headed by keynote speaker Charlie Arnott (winner of the 2018 Bob Hawke Landcare Award), a number of informative speakers and presentations will be made over the three day event.

Field trips into the outback

Delegates need to prepare to get their boots dirty as they are taken into the landscapes to see how things are done out west! There will be a range of different options for you to select from, keep an eye on the website for more information.

Prepare to party

A number of social events will allow delegates to kick their heels up and party to their heart’s content. Country music superstar Sara Storer will perform at the iconic Silverton Hotel. In addition to this, the Landcare NSW Awards Gala Dinner will be held where delegates will celebrate some amazing achievements by individuals and community groups. The conference will be wrapped up by an optional dinner at the Palace Hotel, featuring drag entertainment by the glamorous Shelita Buffet and Christina KneesUp.
